Barry Bakin has been an adult education professional since 1987 and has always used available technology (remember LCD panels for overhead projectors?) in his instruction. To enhance his capabilities, he earned a Master's degree in Instructional Technology. He is also a Technology Mentor and Subject Matter Expert for California's adult education agency focused on instructional technology, the Outreach and Technical Assistance Network (OTAN). He has presented at international, state, regional and local conferences on using technology in instruction on multiple occasions.
